hoping someone can give me some advice on where to get my lipids from. I'm a theta healer and I'm on a course at the moment where we are discussing what foods we can get our lipids from. I know you can get Omega 3 from walnuts but how much would you need to get enough and where do I get my 6 and 9 omega's from?

If you get Omega 3, 6 your body will make the omega 9

A good book for finding any information on good source for specific nutrients is RAWSOME by Brigitte Mars. It is an inexpensive book for the content.

Hemp seeds is an excellent source of Omega 3 and 6. There are many food having this.

You will find everything you need by eating raw food. The rule of thumb is to eat as many variety as you can because each food is unique and benificial.

Shelled Canadian Hemp Seeds do it for me. I sprinkle a couple Tablespoons on salads 2-3 times a week.
