We are now on day 3 of raw food and my wife and I are experiencing opposite reactions. My wife is eating often and having healthy appetite while my appetite seems to be going downhill. Comments please

Well...you both are in different bodies, right? EveryBODY is different. I personally would not compare.

Are you both eating the same thing? Are you totally Raw? Are you moving more than she (working out)?

Lots of factors play into this...

We tried raw food a few years ago. It is true my wife is more active as she works 4 days a week biking 9 miles each day to and from work. We eat the same food she justs eats more.

Just don't compare. Enjoy. It's not a competition...:D
