How big are your green smoothies? and how many do you have a day? I am new to GS fasting... Usually, I have one green smoothie every morning for breakfast, and it is the whole blender full. Half full of greens with 2 bananas/cacao/bee pollen/cayenne and water. Does it just depend on your hunger level or should one just get in as much greens as possible?
