I feel like a million bucks thinking about it... through budgetary concerns, all kinds of little mini-crisis at School and with my crazy Family, and occasionally fasting involuntarily due to long work days and no time to prep food...

I STAYED 100% RAW!!!

I am officially SUPER EXCITED!!! I deserve an extra special Green Smoothie to celebrate. :D :D

In other news, my darling one brought me a camera... as soon as I can get a USB cable for it, I'll be uploading pics of my culinary creations!!! Also, hopefully some before/after style pics.

Currently, I'm moving into my new home and the constant dust/cleaning + new, hard water that my skin HATES, my complexion is going south again. I'm determined to renew it back to it's 100% RAW GLOW, however! Tips welcomed. :D

I LOVE RAW!!!

Just realized that you're a third of the way toward your 90 days! I'm guessing you'll never look back!

Annie - I still fight the cravings, but my resolve is so solid that I actively have been seeking out RAW alternatives... at this time, seafood is my only remaining craving and I KNOW it's because my body loves the minerals/vitamins, so I up my greens, eat more seaweed and nori sheets, etc., and that seems to supply my body with the nutrients she's craving!

I'm excited!!! 1/3rd of the way through the Challenge, and I'm already noticing an improvement in some vital issues, such as my Endometriosis and severe allergies!!!

I LOVE RAW!

I'm right here wit ya Girl!!!! I'm so proud of BOTH of us and what we've accomplished!!!!!! Thank you for your constant encouragement!!! You are such an inspiration to me!!!

Yea, seafood is also my enemy!!! I must stay completely away from it! I'm still not Quite strong enough to turn it down, so I run away when I see it!!!! I'm a total wimp in that area! It's been so long, I know it'll make me so sick if I even ate one bite of it!!! That's motivation enough to run for me!!!!

Hey, I still wanna do a full body before/after at the end of our 90 days!!!! My shape looks so good, if I weren't married, I'd marry myself!!!!!! LOL!!!! :)
Oh, BTW, this is my 4th month RAW w/o PMS!!!!!! YIPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!

That'll keep you strong. :D

I think I will need to take a Before pic this month so I HAVE one... my sweetie is in town tomorrow briefly so I will get him to take some pics that are net-worthy!

The biggest OUTWARD difference with me has been my overall improvement with my skin quality... mostly for me the changes are happening internally!

The biggest OUTWARD difference with me has been my overall improvement with my skin quality... mostly for me the changes are happening internally!

The biggest outward difference with me is going from size 20 to size 8. And I, too, love the internal changes. I am much calmer and more serene than I was before raw!

And today is.......

40 DAYS 100% RAW!!!!!

Pretty soon I think I'm gonna lose count... which I don't want to do yet because I'm doing this as part of my 101 Goals in 1,001 Days challenge on my blog (linked below)...

But I can tell you one thing for certain. Now that I've finally found stable sources of the minerals/vitamins/nutrients I wasn't able to figure out the last few times I went 100% RAW, I don't see any reason to go off.

I am so excited that after three years on and off RAW, I'm finally learning a balanced way that WORKS not only for my crazy lifestyle, but also for my crazy body as she heals herself!

in addition to the xtra smoothie. many of us are going to be facing this being true to our principals but making most of a reward. :)

Really, it's my favorite stone. black opal from the Lightning Ridge in Austrailia is the best. But any good Austrailian or Brazilian Opal is a great self-reward for any raw fooder. More links to come.

I love gems. :) :) :)

I've had a few other little triumphs this week... a good Audition last night (outcome pending), got excellent grades on TWO tough Theory exams, performed well in Master Class, and despite the flare up of Endo this week overall still feel REALLY fantastic!

I want to celebrate after Finals (Dec 19th is my last Exam for the year!!!) and get a Massage, definitely!

And lots of dried mango - my favorite food. :D

Thank you guys and gals!!! I know the long-time 100% RAW folks on here are probably shaking their wizened heads and saying, "This is silly making such a big deal out of a few weeks Raw, we've been doing it for years...." but for me, personally, it feels like a real victory. :D

I've struggled with being consistent on RAW for awhile now (somehow it used to be easier, but since I started School, lost my Job, and lost three friends last year my stress sky rocketed and physical health went down, down, down... and for the longest time everything just spun out of control!) and I'm really happy to be back in the RAW groove...

...and it's different this go around. Because I'm different - my needs physically and otherwise have changed and RAW is now the only answer left. I tried the other stuff and it failed me (surprise surprise!)...

I LOVE RAW!
