Hi everyone,

My 5 year old neice is coming to visit me tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions for fun, raw things I can fix her?

What types of equipment do you have?

I'd suggest one of more of the following:
her favorite fruits
smoothies
the butter pecan (banana) ice cream

Also, pouring smoothies into popsicle molds. I blend bananas, strawberries and spinach or lettuce ( not enough greens to discolor or to taste ) and pour into popsicle molds. My daughters friends love them and have no idea whats in them unless I tell. :p

Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes or plum tomatoes, carrots, raw dips, celery with raw almond butter and raisins, raw honey and raw almond butter on raw crackers, smoothies, fruit salad, raw cookies. Hope that helps a bit.

Rawkinlocs,

Thanks so much for directing me to that butter pecan ice cream recipe!! My god is that good. The little neice loved it, and even my SAD husband loved it. It truly tastes like SAD butter pecan ice cream.

What a winner!! Woooo hooo!
