Sometimes I need a chocolate "fix". I've tried the one w/ avacado which is nice and creamy but I don't really like avacado much. This one is great and an alternative...very creamy and no strange taste~
Meat of 3 young coconuts
3/4 c. coconut water
1/3- 1/2 cup raw agave nectar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. raw carob powder
I did this in the food processer firat and would not get creamy enough........put it in the vitamix and it is a s smooth as silk....refridgerate until cold...will thicken up as it cools........Amazing~ :D
