I have seen a lot of inspiration from ReneeH's thread. Her meals and glowing enthusiasm are contagious and just beautiful! Though I have not had the chance to read a copy of Alissa's Living on Live Food book..yet, (I am saving!!!):D, I would like to start a thread, which documents my daily meals, how I feel, and my daily exercise activity! I also notice that many members of this forum have a SW, CW, and GW. This is such a good idea, and would be beneficial to really *see* where you want to be. Quick question... : For one to reach and maintain their Goal Weight, it's a matter eating whatever one wants, healthy sized portions, nuts, avos, fruits, greens, whatever, as long as it is all raw, yes? I hope to reach my goal weight and keep it there while enjoying myself fully, and a daily blog/thread I think would help me get there. Like a public commitment:). Not to mention the yum recipe sharing! ... Have any of you reached your goal weight and are maintaining it? If so, are you continuing to maintain while doing/eating the same things? No extra exercise, same amount of exercise, same amount of food... I think it would be cool if there was a thread where some of you joined, like a meal documenting party. :D Let me know your thoughts and experiences!

You really need Alissa's book. That should be your first priority!

Definitely Alissa's book (and DVDs - because they show HOW to use the various equipment like a food processor).

And join in the 30-day challenge thread...

Do you have a blog on this site? That is a great place to do something like this, as well as join the 30 day challenge thread.
