I found a new cure for headaches!

I have suffered headaches all my life, recently migraines. Raw has helped a LOT but I still get them occasionally, and have had one the last two days, pretty severe today. I even broke down and took some meds, to no avail.

Then I cracked open one of the lovely young coconuts that revdrcyn sent me, chugged down the water, and within an hour my headache was TOTALLY GONE!

I don't think young coconuts are cheaper than Imitrex, but they certainly taste better!

hmmm i wonder if it's because they are so packed full of enzymes and nutrition? very very cool!!!

very hydrating too - maybe some dehydration was the cause?

I've heard that sometimes drinking water doesn't help with dehydration - maybe because the coconut water is so like blood it goes right into the system and thus alleviate the dehydration right away?

Coconut water have tons of potassium in it!!
I don't know if that had anything to do with it
Sometimes a headache is a sign of dehydration.
Coconut water is the perfect drink for that!
That is really super that you found a cure for your headaches!!! :D

Yeah, too bad my daughters insist they get their share of the coconuts and I have already had my three. :o and I haven't found a place here that sells them.
