Hi Everyone,
Alissa's was the first book on raw food that I found about 3 years ago. It was a blessing and I fixed what I now believe was fibromyalgia and cronic colds within a very short time with raw foods. My goal is to follow a healthy balanced highly raw vegan, gluten, sugar, and caffeine free diet. I like the daylight diet idea where you stop eating around 3:00. I am coming up on my 40th birthday (I feel so much younger than that so it is a trip!!!) in April. What I want to do is practice this way of eating along with exercise and yoga and then add in a lot of positive thinking. I really want to build the habit of seeing the best in me and everyone around me. Being a better listener and focusing on others rather than myself. For me, with raw foods, I can get a bit overly focused on it and I really would like to just relax and have it be a natural thing. I appreciate having this forum. I'm not very good at navigating through these blogs. I tend to get a bit lost so hopefully I'll keep up and use it to be accountable and track a fantastic journey. It is the journey rather than the destination which is the most fun. Blessings to you all. I'll see you in the 30days raw section.:)
