I had abdominal surgery about a month ago and the incision is still healing (its pretty much healed but I still can't stretch it too far). I played racquet ball the other day and it pulled at my incision a bit and caused a small spot of blood. I was told to keep it clean and not to exercise too much but I gained 9lbs after surgery (sat on my butt for 2 weeks and was eating a SAD diet) so I need to get my butt in gear.

Any ideas on some exercise I can do that doesn't stretch my abdomen too much? Running causes my big belly to bounce and it hurts my incision so that is out.

Gaining a few pounds is better than going back for Surgery. Walking short distances and adding more as you feel better is My choice. Have a SAFE Recovery...

As the Spicy one says, walk.

Gyms are the last place I'd go to work out ~ breathing recycled air; tv's all over the place. Go to YouTube and look up Zenkahuna. You may find something in his primal play that looks like fun to you ~ and that you can do.
