Hi Everyone. I'm new here. I bought Alyssa's book and video a couple of years ago...and am trying to start up again. I can't seem to find my book at the moment...my husband's a neat freak and put's things away so I can't find them :)
Anyway, I am searching for the book. in the meantime, does anyone have the recipe for the stuffed portabello mushrooms (with avocado) from the book? I bought what I remember the ingredients being at the grocery store this morning. While I'm searching for the book, want to make that for lunch. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks so much!
