Hey I'm wondering if anyone here recommends any home work out videos.

I'm looking for cardio with weight training but that doesnt use a step (because i dont own one but I have everything else)

I've gotten bored of the few that I have and want to change things up.

Thanks !

Definitely Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Just read all the reviews on amazon.com! I believe there's over 1000.
I just started doing it, have done it three times, and it is great! I've also tried her No More Trouble Zones DVD which is really good, and once I get a bit stronger I will probably try to switch up the two. I also plan on buying her Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD.

Can I ever!

I've lost about 25 pounds in the last year working out at home with advanced dvds and free weights.

The best I've found are these, all available from collagevideo.com:

amy bento-slo mo, and her cardio workouts (there are many)
Jari Love-the newest ones, extremely ripped, are REALLY effective
Tracy Effinger-Squeeze Stronger-seriously effective workout
Mindy Mylrea-"the workout" title dvd, also very effective cardio workout

BUT! The workout to end all workouts, that I've just discovered, are kettlebells! HOLY COW! I am getting stronger, leaner and more amazingly toned using these for only 20-30 min, 3 times a week, than I did using the above workouts 4-5 times a week for a year...Those helped me lose fat and get a base of muscle, but man, kettlebells are WAY more effective, in way less time and they are just plain more fun.

I use a 15 and a 25 pound bell, you can get these at sporting good stores, even target has them now. The dvds I use are available online, these are the ones I'm using now. They are AMAZINGLY effective. I can't say it enough:

"The Kettlebell Goddess Workout", available at dragondoor.com
"Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning," at ontheedgefitness.com
"Art of Strength Newport" available at artofstrength.com
"Kettlebell Dynamics," by Amy Bento, at collagevideo.com

I predict that kettlebells will take over the free weight/cardio scene within a few years. Peace!
