I have some leftover pulp from some sesame milk that I made and I want to make a bread with it. Any ideas? I should just throw some things in there and see how it turns out!
But, if anyone has any ideas, I'll gladly take them as well!!

Yesterday I took almond pulp, added the juice of an orange, chopped apples, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and honey and made a sweetbread. So yum with almond butter and honey on them.
You could add berries instead of the apples also. :p

I would add some tomatoe, carrot, and onion for sure to which will add a lot of flavor, and maybe some olive oil to help hold it together, you might add some kind of sweetener, because breads are actually pretty sweet to the taste, so maybe some agave or dates.
so I would say 2 cups sesame seed pulp
1 large tomatoe
1/2 to 1 large sweet white onion
1 clove garlic(peeled and crushed)
1 tsp sea salt
3 medjool dates (pitted and soaked)
2 T olive oil
1 cup carrots (grated)
blap this all up in the food processor.
If you like the taste, then you can use it as a pate, or you can dehydrate into bread, let me know how you like it.
sounds okay.

yes, and if you still have way too much (as i often do), and if you have pets, try mixing it in with their regular food. My dogs absolutely ADORE sesame pulp. My littlest puppy (she is the best "raw" dog of the three), loves tahini too....just straight from the spoon, unsweetened! :)
