Do you have Alissa's book and DVDs? It is the best information out there to really get you started. Others are excellent, don't get me wrong but Alissa's is loaded not only with recipes but a ton (winking at Revvell) of information explaining how your body will benefit living this healthy lifestyle.

Yes, veganforlife, I like Alissa's approach a lot! Thankfully, it's been supereasy to slide into raw again this time - did lots of food Saturday morning (paté, apple sauce, raw soup, marinated mushrooms) & haven't thought about food since, any more than grabbing something delicious & light from the fridge. On Monday I will have weaned myself off from coffee & so will count that as my official "day one"!

Exactly what I did this week happyapple. Gave up the coffee and ate nothing but living food and stopped obsessing about what I was going to put into my mouth next.:D Welcome back.:) And you are so right - for some reason it was much easier this time around. Yay for us!
