I'm trying a recipe that calls for 2 T psyllium powder, but as I am slightly allergic to psyllium I'd like to find a substitute. I'm assuming the recipe calls for psyllium as an egg replacement. The recipe already has irish moss, so I was thinking I could use flax? Would I just use the same amount? I am making a raw cake btw. Thanks in advance!
