well hello there,

my name is nemo, and i am quite friendly, and completely safe.

no cause for alarm.

i'll just be sitting over here in this..........[[[THIS]]] ...corner putting on my clown make up, and getting ready....

ok, i'm up for this one... nemo, if you are not sure if you can chew your own food, is this a physical issue or a mental issue? more importantly, i'd much rather hear what you CAN do--as oppsoed to what you cant! i mean c'mon nemo, lets start this thing off right.

what's that got to do with anything, sweetgoddess?

do we grind up brazil nuts with water, strain, add strawberries, and cinnomin because it's necessary?

raw cheesecake...necessary?

a salad...with raw dressing...necessary?

tahini, cold pressed oils, tropical fruits north of the equator...necessary?

hot peppers, necessary?

...what about FUN?

the 'darkside'....

4 tablespoons raw black tahini
4 cups water
1 tsp. cinnomin
1 tsp. tumeric
1 inch ginger
2 tbs. maca
1 tsp. cayanne
3 dates...

throw in a blender liquifey, strain...serve with mint sprigs (peppermint) enjoy!
