Hi! I have looked on-line for these to make nut milk and can't find any. Would someone please let me know where I can order them? I have checked out the hardware stores in my area already.
Thank you for your help.
Sue.:)

Don't know if Home Depot, Osh, etc. are up your way but any hardware/paint store can order them for you.

I work at a technical school and we have them and can order easily - if you continue to have issues, let me know and I can mail some your way!

isn't anyone worried about the material they're made out of?
What is it? is it food grade?

A paint store! Obviously! Where's my head? Still full of SAD debris I guess. Thank you all for your quick replies.
Revvell, - I found them at Benjamin Moore, Color Your World and a couple of others. But I had alread checked out Home Depot, Lowes, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart etc. and none of them had them.

T-Bird, I just saw your post. Sorry, sweetie, but I just can't worry about everything like that today. I will learn as I go on here what is really dangerous for us to use. But I am not superwoman, and am short on time at the moment and just want to make lots of raw nut milk. Thanks for caring.:)

I use these and have no concern about the material. It is similar to the ones I bought as real nut milk bags.
I guess Lucy Lu said it...did we worry about all this stuff when we ate sad food? ut uh. I am not going to fuss about making nut milk or a green juice with these bags when I used to drink pesticide, fungicide, larvacide, antibiotic, hormone filled milk from the dirtiest bags you have ever seen (even the utters are washed with bleach!)
...sings merrily as she is off to make a green juice in a paint strainer bag.....wheeeeeeeeeee life is good....:p

The answer is either:
Yes, I did.
or
I never ate sad.
I don't even know what sad is really.

Does anyone know about getting the green off the bags once they are used for the juice? Or even the green pieces off the seams. Been going to ask and forgot.

I used my new bag last night to strain almond milk and I loved it. And rawrawk, I used the bag inside-out - maybe because I read that tip somewhere here - that it makes it easier to clean as there's no seam allowance for bits and pieces to get caught in.:D Maybe that will help?
I am going to buy a couple of them so I can have a choice of hazelnut milk, cashew milk or almond milk in a warm drink I really like - which I have yet to discover, other than coffee or tea. :) Actually I like the hot cacao (cocoa) someone got me onto last week.
