Would adding some ground flax to fresh juice be a good move or would it be counter productive? I know that, for instance, my apple-carrot-celery juice has had the fiber removed. And so would stirring in a tablespoon of fresh ground flax seeds be a good idea ?

I don't think it would "hurt" anything...

Thank you. I figured if the less useful fiber is removed, then why not add a little of highly nutricious fiber.
There is something about 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax...I know that when its a daily part of my diet its keeping me clean inside.

I do not agree.
The purpose of juice (to me) is that it penetrates your digestive tract immediately and does not need to be digested. Your body can absorb it all.
I strain my juice before drinking it. I keep what is held in the strainer and add it to my smoothie. I add my flax seed to the smoothie
