Fethenwen

Well, I'm Fethenwen (not my real name, hah). And I'm from Finland, 25 years already.
Well, going raw is something I have wanted to do for quite some time, I don't have any sicknesses nor weight problems. But I want to do this for the spiritual and health benefits. I'm vegetarian mostly vegan, so the transition should not be too bad.
There isn't really any active Finnish forums, so I will have to join an international one, which is just good :)
Being raw in a Nordic country has it's problems, especially during winter time. Fruits and vegetables are pricey, as is all food around here by the way.
But I know there are many rawfoodists in my country who are doing more than well on this lifestyle anyway. I hope I will too.
Looking forward to learn a lot from you guys :)
Oh, I should also mention that I'm on my first transition week, I'm starting this slow, and will gradually increase my raw food intake. So far nothing but good!
