The last two weeks I have been very sick. I am coming around slowly and want / need "warm" (can be spicy - but also ideas of foods-soups warmed in dehydrator) foods ideas.

I am doing lots of juice but really want some kind of soup or casserole like idea.

What do you have when you are craving warmth?!

Have only been 50% raw over the last month. craving garlic and onions allot and wanting beans.

Can anyone help. I feel like I am at a desperate turning point in my raw diet.

Glad you are on the mend. When I want warmth? I use spices...they REALLY work.
Alissa's Chili is amazing. I eat a cup of that and WHAM, instant warmth.
Plus you CAN do soups in the VM that are warm to the touch...

I love the idea of ginger and spicy dishes.. just for some reason I can't think of anything right now! I feel such brain fog right now.

Thank you for the chili idea,
going to go find my book and see if I can make the recipe.

It's a recipe in the book, right?

I appreciate your post!

What about warm water with ginger in it and lemon juice. Green tea is amazing also.

Dehydrator will warm up your food. Hot water in a container and soaking your boll in it.

I agree that spice warm you up.

When you are up to eating, pumpkin has the proprety to keep you warm. So, perhaps a pumpkin juice with ginger.

Best wishes

p.s GARLIC is a wonderful natural anti-biotic and it doesn't destroye the good bacteria apparently.

If you have a dehydrator, you could try making veggie burgers and eating them right out of the dehydrator, or warming them slightly in your dehydrator before you eat the leftovers.

I find veggie burgers are my comfort food.
