I am so happy to have found a place I can say I belong. My history is real simple and I beginning to learn so is my body :)
The last ten years I have been struggling with food allergies / intolerances finally 5 years ago I was tested and was able to eliminate most reactive food. However 3 years ago still struggling I began to eliminate meat. Finally last week was the last straw. Still craving reactive foods I slipped ate bread and a lollipop my body was punished for 3 solid days. The soy in most foods causes me bloating, swelling, body aches, skin pain, headaches and continued insanity. Right there and then I was finish.
October 26, 2009 I've been 100% raw and finally I can breath without fear of having a some type of reaction from some type of chemical or preserve. I am finally Free.
Since then I feel a sense of clarity and no craving, amazing I wish I would have done this long before. My energy has increased but while running the level has dropped, I'll have to work that out (suggestions are welcome).
It's not to say I won't react to veggies or fruit or seeds, but I haven't so far and I am... a happy camper. I hope as a result I can lose at least 10 lbs :)
I look forward to this journey thank you for listening. Ann
