I am not a super great person at working out. I know there are others like me! Lets log our workouts, even if its a half an hour of gardening because I think that it should count!
A few days ago I went for a dip in the COLD san francisco ocean and it felt GOOD! I was going to go again yesterday but there was a seal in the water and I got scared!
I want to start running but I am a bad breather (I hold my breath WAY too often) So Im going to try to start up a really relaxed running program.
Today I am not going to ride my bike to school so Ill try to do some rebounding, yoga or walking
(p.s. I know im a really bad speller!)

I don't EVER exercise! I Moooooove! I PLAY! I have fun!
This morning, walked in the before dawn moon/starlight; then came home and did some light stretching and ground engagement. My body felt as though I was getting a really nice, deep massage.

I try to imitate kids, always bouncing, moving, running, jumping, bending. But not the falling down part! LOL!

Yezzzz ma'am. The schools drill instructors, also known as gym teachers took the fun out of what we use to do as kids ~ PLAY!! They added all kinds of rules and it was just no fun!!! So, back to playing physically ~ with my food, too! :D

I used to be an exercise maniac (the way-too-intensive stuff... mainly cardio machines in gyms).
Then, I fell off the exercise wagon for several years.
Now, I have a moderate approach. I dance around the house while doing housework, I stand up and do squats or plies while reading an article on the computer, I take 10-minute "get out into the sunshine" breaks and stretch or dance around outside.
Earlier today, it was so pretty outside so I spent an hour playing in the yard with my puppies (they are so funny, and they love when I run, dance, or play hide and seek with them... they get so excited when I run or dance and they join right in!)
I need to start doing daily walks. That, to me, is one of the most perfect exercise for people who hate to work out... it's a great way to get some fresh air (depending on where you walk) and some sunshine, too!

I was just talking about this with my Sister just today!!!
When I'm rushing and powerwalking through the terminals at the airport, I consider that as "excercising"... Sometimes I have to remind myself of that because I start to feel bad because I can't make time to actually "get on the treadmill"... But, my life is so busy, especially being a flight attendant and working weekends and homeschooling my kids during the week!!! I'm exhausted just thinking about everything I do!!! I like what Revvell said...moving is what counts for me.

Also don't forget pacing and dancing. Most people don't consider these exercise per se, but both activities can consume a large amount of energy if you engage in them frequently.
