Not sure if that's what I have, but my lip started swelling up in one spot yesterday evening. When I woke up this morning it was MUCH more swollen. I am hoping that this is the only symptom I am showing of anything, dealing with tons of sick kids lately! Maybe this is a good thing, rather than getting full-blown sick?
Anyway.. wonder if I can put anything natural on it, or have to buy something pharmecutical. I am also having some camu camu in a fruit smoothiie. Maybe need to up the Vitamin C (?)

I get a lot of cold sores. I'm not sure what the difference is between cold sores and fever blisters. Treatment might be the same. I've used raw honey on them before. It feels soothing, but looks worse.
A friend that is an aromatherapist says she dabs on tea tree oil at the first sign of a tingle and that stops the swelling and it won't blister. I'm going to try that next time. Don't know how effective it would be if the sore is already developed.
Found this info on it. http://www.homeremediesweb.com/tea_tree_oil_health_benefits.php

Another product I have used and it REALLY works is a homeopathic remedy. Brand name "Hyland's". Fever blister tablets. It really works! Hyland's also has teething tablets, bedwetting tablets, and a whole line of products. It's an old company. I would look it up on google but I can't. I'm on my phone...
