Hey there - I am sorry to bother you all again :)
I have a cyst on ovary and this month for some reason I have been spotting on and off - but every month my cycle is irregular and stuff but it is quite annoying and gets me nervous...I know Raw can change this and not sure what to do and how to do it sort of...should I go for juicing for a few days and only juicing (shaking as I write this) or just juice and all raw meals?

I have been prob 50% raw this past week and no meat...and going for 100% this week...tomorrow will be one week and down 16 pounds :)

I won't bother you anymore after this :(

Thanks
Sandy

The rawer you are the better and the greater the chance that you will heal. Your body will decide what to heal first and this may not be it's priority but it will get around to fixing everything in time.
The raw does not heal. Your body heals itself. By being raw you give it that chance because it will not be busy digesting food that it was not designed for. It therefore makes sense that the simpler and more easily digested your meals are the better for healing.

don't know much about cyst but I know that taking ginger daily in my juice or smoothie helps my cycle tremendously. Also, the more raw I am, the easier it is, sometimes shorter. I take Maca too...search that. I juice daily then make a smoothie of things I don't like to juice..spinach/lettuce/cantelope/berries and add them to the juice with lots of water.
I can tell a big difference daily by how raw I am. Probably, the longer you are, the more changes you will see.
