Not sure if this is the right place to ask these.....

I just ordered Alissa's DVD, anyone else have it and what did you think?

Also, who here has take Level 1 or Level 2 certification classes and who was your instructor? I am going to contact a teacher in San Francisco and take the Level 1 class this month.

Which dehydrator is the best to start with? Oh and what food processor?

While I enjoyed Alissa's DVD, I wish it was just Alissa (alone) demonstrating her recipes.

I recommend the Excalibur Dehydrator.

I love my Cuisinart food processor - if I had to replace it, I'd take a hard look at Kitchen Aid's FP as well. *Ü*

Alissa's book and DVD are great. This forum is set up to support people who are following her philosophy on raw foods... so you'll find lots of people who love her book here.

Thank you ladies! Yes I do have her book and love it! I am sure the DVD will be just as great.

I am also going to be taking her classes but a teacher near me in San Francisco. I will start with the Level 1 class this month.
