Hi everyone! I've been raw for one whole month now, I can not imagine going back to "sad" food! I was inspired to go raw because of my amazing mum, whose been raw for over a year.
Before I went raw I had a serious addiction to chocolate, I would have to eat it two or three times a day or else I would have massive headaches and the shakes, I would get real grumpy and jumpy. When I was living away from home, my addiction got so bad, I would some times have a chocolate bar or a chocolate ice cream for breakfast! (sorry mum!) Living that way took a toll on my health, my weight went sky high, my skin was always spotty and flaky my nails and hair was brittle, I always had a cold and I never had enough energy and felt like I could sleep all day. The day I went raw I weighed myself and was 100.5kg! In the first week I lost 3kg and have so far lost 6kg in counting, I've dropped two dress sizes, I was a struggling size 16nz now down to a comfy size 12nz, my skin is so clear, my energy is amazing! My nails and hair are shiny, I don't need much sleep now, and I'm even starting to go running! Amazing enough I don't even crave chocolate anymore! I feel like my addiction to food is gone, food no longer rules my life, before that's all I would think about, what I was going to eat, but now I've relised there is so much more to life than food! Imagine all that time I wasted thinking of food, I could have been doing something more constructive! I am finding I am so much more alert and can think so much more clearly. Thank goodness for raw!

Good for you and good for your Mom! And eating Raw you CAN have a chocolate bar for breakfast and ice cream is you want. Why not?
Keep up the good work!
