Drink as MUCH Water as you can to help Flush Toxin out of your Body. I would let the coffee go also. I do hope you continue with RAW, things will only get Better. I WISH YOU ALL MY BEST..........

Hi krikit,
The headache will pass - I promise.
WHen I went 100% raw in August, I let go of coffee at the same time. I wanted to do it all at once, and I have never looked back.
I agree with spicyfull, i.e., try to let go of coffee while you're at it, that way you can allow your body to really detox.
My headaches went away pretty quickly - be gentle with yourself and rest when you need to.
You are doing great!!

I just mentioned the food and non water beverages. I did drink about 12 27oz kleen kanteens of water yesterday. Today i am trying again and i am skipping coffee. Can i have tea?
So far its been a banana, strawberry, carrot, spinach, hempseed, flax, kale smoothie, dehydrator choco haystacks and a spoon of almond butter. the plan for lunch is a romaine salad with "dressing" of pureed raspberries and cold pressed olive oil and almond crunchies on top and more raw cookies. I am loving the raw cocoa!
thanks for the encouragement

Some folks here recommend cold turkey from caffeine, but that would put me in the emergency room. The only thing that's ever worked for me is weaning off gradually.
I'm not encouraging you to cave, if you are doing cold turkey and you can tolerate the headache, but if you can't, don't feel like a failure, just get off of it however works for you.
Blessings,
Deborah
