Rejuvalac in the fridge

I made some rejuvelac in order to make raw cheese. But I only need a small amount for the cheese and I have a whole mason jar of rejuvelac. Anyone know how long it will keep in the fridge?

Rejuvelac can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days to a week, as long as the taste is still agreeable with you.

Why don't you drink it?

It's not so bad on the tastebuds, it actually tastes kinda cheesy. Try squeezing a lemon into it.

Drinking it is a GOOD thing to do. I make it especially to Drink. IN JOY......
