Is it bad to binge on all the horrible food i will eventually have to give up?
lol... Meats? chocolate chips? Fried food?

wow, maybe i am setting myself up for failure but :D lol lemme know!

I haven't began the raw food lifestyle just yet but i will definitely get there before the end of November! My body is so unhealthy right now and its so obvious. I have been having migraines sometimes everyday but at least 1-2 times per week since i was 14. recently they are SOO intense. My sinuses get blocked up very easily! i have post nasal drips constantly. my allergies have taken me over it seems! i cannot even wear perfume anymore!! my acne treatment cannot tame it anymore! i get almost every virus passing by! i cannot sleep at night and feel tired in the days. there are so many physical issues i am facing with respect to health. not to mention mental and spiritual ones:( oh well. one milestone at a time right?

So basically its about time i got off my fat ass and did something about it. I am not a major fan of met anyway so it willnot be much to mentaly separate myself from it.

My goals are:
Discipline - major issue. my BIGGEST issue! i wanna stop binging, stop overeating, and just STOPPING... stop sabotaging myself. If i can do it here i can learn to do it in other aspects of my life. I got the break them bad habits!

Get healthy - my skin, energy level, immune system, healing

Lose weight, mucus, sicknesses, sluggishness

Feel happier, optimistic, vibrant ^^

Hi
There is no point in bingeing. If you have a planned raw start date then it would be better to go half way immediately in preparation instead of going in the opposite direction. It will make the transition easier when the day comes.

lol freshlight i hope i find this to be true when i do begin!
i always find jamaica limited.. and its so hard to imagine what i will be doing, i will have to do my own thing and find out what works. for example i see green juices with Kale and Cilantro (is that how its spelt) and i have never seen or heard of those greens ever!! spinach, collard greens and other i have heard of but i have never seen them here! wtf!

all i know of is pakchoi and callaloo.. i am yet to see some recipes wiv em, do yal even know them? i cant even imagine blending callaloo!!! lol:p

as for the fruits, yeah i may be luckier when it comes to that, cuz i we dont have it its imported and easy to find! ^^

Thanks to all for the well wishes.
-I totally wont be able to get the DVD or book anytime soon tho, online shopping.. no no for me right now!
