As i said i am now starting my diet. So i think in just one week there will be a change. Eat only functional foods like instead of rice you may use quinoa, or chia seed on your cereal .

What cereal are you talking about? If you're talking packaged cereal, we don't eat that here (or, at least we don't discuss/encourage it) SO, sprouted quinoa could BE cereal.
