the food I eat is 100% raw, yet I'm still trying to get off of coffee! I've quit for up to 2 months... :D but then got off track AGAIN!!!

I use yerba mate sometimes to transition from coffee... and anyway I found this recipe which uses yerba mate - BUT I don't know what a couple of the other ingredients are - do you? are they raw? Is yerba mate raw if you don't heat the water- as in sun brewed?
MATE` BOOSTER

2 tablespoons of yerba maté leaves
1 pint of pure water
1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of goji berries
1 teaspoon of maca (?)
1 teaspoon of hemp protein powder (?)
1 tablespoon of agave nectar

Put the maté leaves and goji berries in a cafetiere. Heat the water until it simmers, but doesn't boil. Pour the water into the cafetiere. Wait five minutes before plunging. Add all other ingredients to a bottle which has a lid. Pour the hot tea onto the other ingredients. Place the lid on tightly, and shake the drink vigorously. – by Shazzie

I do not know about yerba mate, but maca is a root. You can find it raw or roasted so it would depend on which you bought. I am unsure whether all hemp protein powder is raw, but do know there are lots of places to order raw organic hemp protein online.

Best wishes to you, I know what a challenge getting off caffeine is !

Blessings~

Hemp protein powder helped me walk away from chocolate without looking back. Maybe it'll do the same for you???

I get mine from Living Harvest. http://www.livingharvest.com/index.cfm
You can find some good prices on it elsewhere if you do a google search.

Good luck!
