Hello from South Florida

I have been a vegetarian for over 10years. I found this web site 2 years ago and was encouraged to go raw. Even though i didnt join then but I read so many posts and feel as if I belong here. I have been raw on and off and without a doubt eating raw is what is best for Me. I do cook for my family( husband, kids age 21 and 14) and even though they have no interest in being a vegetarian , they are very supportive and they love when I am eating raw! So 3 days ago I made a comitment to myself to finish what I started. And this time even if I stumble and fall I promise to keep going because I have tasted the rewards of raw and it is great. So 3 days into detox and looking towards a lifetime of ultimate health!

lots of fresh produce in FL!! We have a friend who use to bring us Huge mango, lemons the size of oranges & oranges the size of grapefruit from his yard!
