feeling sick for 3 days now

this is the 3rd day that i have felt like something is laying in my throat but it's not up to the point of retching more like a feeling of mucus maybe filling my throat. is this maybe a bug my throat does feel a little like it's going to sore soon. and it has built up for 3 days now. only a couple of months ago i had a 2 week and a half cold so i dunno what to make of it. i feel more sick by the evening but no stomoch pain or anything thx oh and once again my eyes went bloodshot in both eyes gone by this morning. it would be nice to know if anyone has been through this during detox ive been 100% well as close as possible raw for 3 months and 2 weeks now

Prior to a detox you should list all the things that you have experienced from birth and you can then map them backwards in your detox symptoms. You may find that all the items that you mention corrolate to events and illness's in your past life. I had a pain in my right side for a few days this week and it is not there today so that is the bout of shingles that I suffered about 10 years ago gone and finished with. See if that makes sense to you.

hey wow now that you mentioned that last week i had a stretching pain where i had a hernia when i was little now that pain has vanished could it have healed more or something thats very interesting.
