Hey all you lovely RFT'ers! I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you! My name is Kirsten. I am a 6 month old Seattleite, a former Coloradoan. I have been here lurking in the shadows of RFT since 2006! I have not been very active (only like, 200+ posts in almost 4 years!)

I have seen the joys, tears, dramas, victories and have gotten to know some of you very well over the years by just keeping up on your posts.... from a distance. I was simply not ready to EMERGE. But, here I am! No more lurking for this cowgirl (okay, not really a cowgirl, just an expression)!! I have made a conscious decision to PUT MYSELF OUT THERE! To believe in my beauty, bliss, loving energy, and my strength! I am taking back my power!

Welcome back Kirsten. Nice blog. I like how you incorporate spiritual practices with raw, which is what I do too. Oh and I'm living a crazy sexy life too. ;)

thanks so much for the kind welcome, dimond! and I appreciate you checking out my blog! I find that the spiritual part is such an integral part of eating raw! they go hand in hand! in fact, being more connected to my spiritual self is my biggest reason for eating raw foods, more than health or getting the "glow" or anything, tho' those things are wonderful benefits too. Look forward to getting to know you!

That is VERY funny Revvell! Thanks for the laugh! tho' i gotta say that your sense of humor reminds me of my grandpa, no offense~! he was a very funny man and lived to be a ripe old age, and i think his quippy dorky sense of humor had a lot to do with his longevity!
