What works for you? has raw helped your condition or aggravated it? I need something raw I can use. Any input would be really helpful.

I noticed you hadn't gotten any responses. I found a couple of old threads with a little discussion.
One of them mentioned a rosacea site.
I used to have mild rosacea daily, with occasional flare-ups, sometimes brought on by a hot bath, wine or spicy food, or sometimes nothing at all. It has improved where I will only have the occasional flare-up brought by one of the above.
I'm in my mid 50's and I've read that sometimes women my age will develop it, and then it kind of resolve on its own in a few years. So I don't know if my improvement is due to my diet, or if it just is fading away on its own.
Sorry I don't have more answers for you, but hope the above threads help.

I have had rosacea for a few years now, and had always used the topical antibiotic, metrogel, to treat it, as prescribed by my physician. My skin was always red, blothchy, very dry and scaley. I used to reapply lotion to my face all day to keep it from flaking.
Since I went raw, eight days ago, I have seen an amazing change in my skin. I still have faint redness, but it's getting less and less noticable every day I'm raw. The dryness and flaking is gone, and my skin is super smooth and glowing from the diet. I do apply a natural omega-3 unscented lotion to my face in the morning, but there's no need to reapply until after my next shower.

I don't have it but I before going raw, I had a little redness in one spot of my cheek. Not really much of anything but something I noticed. After going raw..its totally gone!
I will be happy if that happens for me.Its not showing any signs of going away, only getting low worse... interesting to hear that wheat was a major culprit in your case, mine too, maybe.thanks for your reply.
