Grezzo with "Alissa"!!!

I just have to share this: I just had dinner at the new Grezzo in Newburyport, MA ~ sat at the bar with my friend and had the honor of talking with Alissa most of the evening!!!! OMG, the food was amazing and we had such a wonderful time trying different fun raw concoctions! An amazing experience.... there's soooo much creativity that goes in to each and every dish and specialty drink ~ they do incredible things with the raw ingredients.....papaya steak, lasagna, gnocchi carbonara was soooo delicious ~ hard to believe it's ALL RAW :D The drinks were awesome, too! Alissa shared one of her elixirs (she referred to it as a cordial) with us that was a mix of various herbal tinctures and roots; some ayurvedic.... quite interesting and tasted great too!!
HIGHLY recommended and we had the added benefit of having Alissa there to share time with us!!!!! :D What more could one ask for????? AWESOME TIME :p
So, raw peeps, head on over there RIGHT NOW!!!

Ah yes ... it's one of the best I've been to.

But ... did you have the ice cream???? I took a quart back on the plane with me all the way to LA. Well ... most of it made it back but some had to be eaten in flight!

It was. And my people seated in my row were oh so jealous. They, of course, were disbelieving when I told them it was raw vegan and gave them some tastes. Ah. I was eating cacao at the time, so it was chocolate macadamia nut. Mmmmm.

Wow I cant wait to go. When finances clear, it will be! I am a short ways from there. Already have a travelling partner too! wooohoooo
