I just finished This Post (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?p=564801#post564801) about Heart Disease and CD/DH and my friend, a surgeon, sent me this text...

===
Statistically, the very first symptom 1/3 of all people with heart disease have is...

INSTANT DEATH!

You already beat that one, because you survived!
===

We sometimes talk about symptoms of a heart attack as if we were all going to get a fair warning. But the truth is that one out of three just die.

We are smart to go raw now before anything happens! Just remember to...

ENJOY your Raw Food Lifestyle!

That is really important.

Spread the word, let it sprout - it works!

Start a raw food tasters club - have fun with this!

Become a raw food expert! It is easy - don't cook!

Start a new saying, "Girls who don't cook make wonderful wives!"

Or pass on mine and make me famous! - "My Pharmacy is the Farm-I-See!"

Don't cook some nice dessert for a meat eater!
Believe me there are raw pies and raw "ice cream cakes" that even your meat 'n' 'taters dad would love!

Make some raw mayo that the Cookies (Cooked fooders?) can't tell from the "real" thing (what is "real" about store bought mayo anyway?)

Laugh at the world! Just think, they think we're crazy! :D

Do you realize, sport, how SAD that really is? I see eating SAD as killing my brothers. One thinks this cost a lot, the other thinks this is some kind of "crazy eastern mind control philosophy for retards!" SAD-ly I wonder if I will have the last laugh at their graveside. Sobering thoughts...

However, sport, you are 100% correct in your assessment. I spent a half year of my life, never once getting out of bed. Now, 200 pounds lighter I enjoy 2-3 Km walks with my Honeybun and laugh at the life I had before. The best laugh is just to live good!

I agree that it is hard to laugh when those that you love are doing the wrong thing.
Sometimes I feel as if I am on the ark and the flood is coming and I want all those that I love to climb on with me but they do not see the flood waters creeping up behind them.
Other times I think that we are all just specks in this beautiful world and not very important so let them have what ever fun they want.
