Hi all! I am a 29 yr old female here in the beautiful Pacific NW and this will be day one on my raw food journey. I am here mainly for weight loss but also for my health and hopefully longevity :) I have struggled with weight issues for most of my life swinging from 130-ish to my heaviest weight at 190-ish back and forth through out the years, when I was 20 I went back down to 145-155 and now I am back to my heaviest weight of 190. So I am here to make the change! See you around!

Hi rawdetermination, I love the handle, although when the benefits kick in it gets easy to be raw.
