sorghum flour?

Does anyone know if Bob's Red Mill sorghum flour is raw?

I don't know about their sorghum, but I emailed them once a while back and asked them that question about their garbanzo flour and they said they don't cook it. So if you email them, they'll tell you. I'm not sure I'd want to eat it raw though.
