I am going to make my 30 day challenge a 100 day challenge. The only times I will allow myself to eat non raw food is if i can't get around eating cooked food. For example, I may go to a relatives for dinner, so i will eat what they make, but for the most part, i will be completely raw for the next 100 days. I am going to start tomorrow. Wish me luck:-)

I am not judging your decision about your relative's food, but I hope you find the courage and conviction to tell them about it. If they love you, they will allow you to bring your own, or make something for you to eat. Please don't be afraid of them. They will act strangely at first, but eventually will start to consider your choices in life. I am just afraid that eating a cooked meal will make you ill. Believe me, you are working hard to detox your body. The mucus linings in your digestive system are clearing up. Cravings may start up again.
Again, no judgements. I just want you to be aware of all the good you are doing that may get messed up. This, especially with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up. Your relatives really need to know and respect your choice. You are doing this for life aren't you? Sorry to be a bummer.

I just make up something, like I am sick to the stomach. This way, no one questions you and you are not confrontational. Some people are sensative and view "raw foodism" as a slap in the face to their culture. Now when someone is at my own house, that is another story. If they don't like raw food, they can go out the same door they came in.
