Hello all,
My wife, children, and I are finding healthier ways to eat and live. I have severe crohn's disease and have had surgery for it at the ripe old age of 28. LOL. I am about to turn twenty nine and don't want to be in the clutches of big phara or have to have my family watch as my health declines because the medical community isn't looking to heal the sick. I am physically fit and in need of a great food plan. My wife is interested in raw food for the weight loss benefits and my children need to learn what and where good food should be made from.
Thanks for the chance to join this group.

It's great to have you here and the best place to learn about raw and living foods is in Alissa's book and then watching her DVD. You will know everything you need to make an educated decision.....and.....you'll find that you can't help but want to eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Good luck in your search!:)
