If you could only eat 3 foods everyday for 3 months what would they be?
(I just thought this might be a fun question)

I would eat:
grapes
mangos &
avacodos

For me, definitely;

APPLES!
Cucumbers,
and bananas!

I would live off them forever by choice if they had everything my body needed...

Without a doubt Kalamunggay leaves would be my number one. You could almost live on 60 grams a day and water!

A distant second would be bananas.
Then tomatoes.

I eat these three daily.

I find it interesting that most of the answers thus far do not have a lot of green leaves in them!

Now, that list is what I'm in the mood for now, it'll change tomorrow I done seen it happen... plus it's an attempt to keep some balance over those three months, what with me including a fat group, fruit group and green group. If I were just going for what my tastebuds wanted the list might change once again.

kale

Sal, you can choose whatever you like! This lifestyle is all about choices! The choice to live better and be healthy and in harmony! That is the real choice! People who are eating SAD are SAD! That is really NOT a choice at all!
