JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Here in Florida enjoying the warm weather but certainly looking forward to the Raw Vacation in North Carolina (http://rawvacation.com) next month.
Today, I asked friends on Facebook (http://facebook.com/evarawposa) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/evarawposa) to tell me about where *they* would want a raw vacation. I got the following: Ireland, Scotland, England, British Columbia, San Antonio, Montana, Hawaii, Tennessee, Mexico, and... anywhere with a raw food restaurant that's fabulous. I really enjoyed getting everyone's input!!
In the Flavors of the World (http://www.uncooking101.com/shop) series, you can take a raw vacation of your own without leaving your kitchen. The recipes/journey take you through the flavors of 5 countries in 5-course meals that each include:

*An Entree
*A Dessert
