how do you know if olives are raw? I haven't found any that say they're raw on the jar

I'm under the impression that unless you get them from a source that specializes in rawstuffs like a raw website, they're pasteurized.

Oh yes I really miss olives, the only place where I have found raw olives (specifically mentioned RAW), was online so far.

Most olives in a jar are cooked. Look for raw ones online or in raw supply place. They are yummy Katie P
