I just got some raw crackers (Lydia's Organics) and don't know what to eat them with. I don't want to have them with the wrong thing and give myself a tummy ache. I'd love to hear what others do.

The crackers were part of my first order from Natural Zing. This is a great (and reasonable) online source for raw food products. I also got some Celtic Sea Salt (at last), raw carob powder (dessert time!) and an assortment of raw snack bars.

I also got a replacement for the blank on my Champion juicer. Can't wait to do some of those recipes. I feel like I've arrived! Now all I need is a good food processor and dehydrator and I'll be set.

Depending on my taste, I put almond butter or mock salmon pate on my crackers.

Is that weird?

Sounds tasty. I wasn't sure if you could eat nut butters with them.

I have not tried it yet because my crackers are finishing up now, but I have found out the family loves the "cheese sauce" from Alissa's Raw Ravolies on everything.
So, that is what I'd probably try.

You could make raw hummus. Hmmmm I love it with crackers.

Pesto is good too. I made some Cilantro Pesto last week-end, and it's been great on the Flax crackers [some I made and some purchased from Sun Organic Farms] :) .
