And loved it! I am taking the level 2 class next month. Can't wait. Hope to be teaching by the first of the year. The health food store and the kitchen supply store are both interested in classes.
I am high raw right now- somedays all raw other days 80% raw or higher.
I am doing more and more different meals here. We are experimenting with smoothies, pies, dehydrating and more.
So far the kids have all loved my raw foods. So that is good. I would like to get them to high raw.
If you haven't taken level 1- do it. Even if you already know everything in the class it is worth it to have someone else to talk to about your lifestyle change, swap ideas and get answers to questions.
My teacher was awesome. I love her to bits!

I hope to take the Level 1 class early next year, and then follow with Level 2 when I can afford it.... it's my dream to go all the way and eventually be "top" in the Class somewhere. :D
I'm glad it was awesome for you!!! Now, tell us the nitty gritty details! :D

I am sorry life has been crazy. I totally loved the level 1 class. I learned enough to give me confidence in trying new things. I went high raw right after the class and no have been 100% for 20 days. At this point I don't plan on staying 100% forever- but my version of high raw is that I eat 100% most days- sometimes a week or more at a time but when the kids make something that I really love- like vegan pizza I enjoy some. then the next day I go right back to eating raw.
I have an amazing support system though that keeps me focused on the final outcome- my health and my goal weight.
I take level 2 class on the 5th- can't wait.
That sounds great! I'd like to take the Level 1 class too! I've been checking for someone in my area but do not see any scheduled yet. Thanks for sharing your experience joyfulmama. I'm glad it worked out so well! Have fun at the Level 2 class!:D

I had to travel just over an hour to attend this class but it was worth it! We are moving to Northern Nevada next year and there are not any teachers in all of Northern Nevada- so hopefully I will be able to teach a lot of classes.

When I take a class and think the teacher is great, the least I can do is promote that person and let others know who s/he is. Word-of-mouth is the best advertisement.
