Haven't gone through detoxing yet?

I've been approximately 70% raw for five days now and I have not gone though detoxing yet. Actually, I find that I am craving greens more often these days. How long does it usually take? Does everyone go through it?

yes everyone goes through it but honestly... 70% raw you probably won't feel much cause the cooked food you are eating is slowing your detox. so even though you are detoxing, it'll probably be pretty slow (therefore gentle).
