hello I'm very new to the raw diet idea.
i was looking down at my lovely vegan curry cooking on my stove and thought to myself , "this does not seem right. all this energy burning away to cook my meal, multiply this by hundreds of millions of stoves/fires around the globe and that is allot of energy being used for food each day."
i have read also that heating destroys minerals /vitamins, so cooking seems to be a bit silly.
However, i enjoy foods like :kidney beans ,rice , parsnips , Swede and many other things that need to be softening or bacteria removed.
but almost everyone cooks their meals, so i just had to search this forum out to see what people can and can not eat on a raw food diet.
thanks
