I just came back from the dentist and I was told I have 5 cavities! I know there are ways you can have them heal without getting them filled. Does anyone know how to?

How long does it take for cavities to heal? And when should I give up and have them filled?

I JUST started using Dr. Bronners organic castile hemp tea tree oil soap to brush my teeth a month ago. I also use the "Tooth Swish" from toothsoap.com. Is there anything else I should do? I have heard of crating your own mouthwash with grapefruit seed extract and magnesium oil? I am not sure what to use.

Can anyone help me? I want to fight the cavities.

Oil pulling is always great for teeth. Salt water swishing on a regular basis heals stuff too.

Heres some info already discussed....

Alkalinity in the body can heal teeth but they must be glycerin free so as to help them re-mineralize. No toothpaste, mouthwash etc with glycerin.
