um....just a reminder: WE ARE!!!!!

as a health professional and as a transform living vehicle........when i look at our pictures and our life changes I just want to remind us all that we are the stars of the show on this path! ;)

Do you have an opinion on maitake mushrooms? There are claims that they shrink tumors, but no one seems to know how they work. Mushrooms are boiled to make the extracts, but maybe they can be eaten raw.
